The commission shall also establish the instructional committee composed of one member and one alternate member appointed for one-year terms by each of the following:
- (a) The Regents of the University of California.
- (b) The Trustees of the California State University.
- (c) The Board of Governors of the California Community Colleges.
- (d) The independent California colleges and universities.
- (e) The vocational and private postsecondary institutions.
- (f) The Superintendent of Public Instruction.
- (g) The private primary and secondary schools.
