The commission may do all of the following:
- (a) Fix fees and charges for project facilities and revise, from time to time, those fees and charges.
- (b) Collect rates, rents, fees, and charges for the use of and for any facilities or service furnished, or to be furnished, by a project or any part thereof.
- (c) Contract with any person, partnership, association, corporation, or public agency with respect to a project.
- (d) Fix the terms and conditions upon which any project facilities may be sold or disposed of, whether by installment sales contracts or otherwise.
