Every fur dealer licensed pursuant to this article shall maintain a true and legible record of any transfer of raw furs to show:

1. (a) The license number, name, and address of the seller.
2. (b) The signature, name, and license number, if applicable, of the buyer.
3. (c) The number and species of raw furs transferred, by county of take.
4. (d) The price paid or terms of exchange.
5. (e) The date of transfer.
6. (f) Such other information as the department may require.
