There is in the department an Agricultural Pest Control Advisory Committee, appointed by the secretary or director, consisting of the following members:

1. (a) One member representing agricultural pest control advisers.
2. (b) One member representing agricultural pest control businesses.
3. (c) One member representing pest control maintenance gardeners.
4. (d) One member representing pest control aircraft pilots.
5. (e) One member representing pesticide dealers.
6. (f) One member representing commercial applicator certificate holders.
7. (g) One member representing registrants, as defined in Section 12755.
8. (h) One member representing the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association.
9. (i) One member representing the University of California, Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, who is nominated by the board of regents and who specializes in pest management.
10. (j) One member representing the Board of Trustees of the California State University system.
11. (k) One member representing the Board of Governors of the California Community College system.
12. (l) One member representing producers, as defined in Section 56110.
13. (m) One member representing the general public.
