Not later than five days after demand, the processor shall give to every such producer so requesting a full and complete statement of such producer’s account, which shows all of the following:

1. (a) The entire quantities of the product which has been delivered by the producer.
2. (b) The grades of the product which has been delivered by the producer.
3. (c) The amount which is owing for every lot and for the total amount of the product which has been delivered by the producer.
