The following fruits and vegetables shall not be canned, packed, shipped, or sold within this state:
- (a) Fruits or vegetables which are unclean, immature, mouldy, overripe, infested with brown rot, scab, shothole fungus, or other defects to the extent of rendering the product unwholesome.
- (b) Olives which are unclean, immature, mouldy, overripe, infested with fungus, rot, or other defects to the extent of rendering the product unwholesome.
- (c) Olives which are processed or artificially colored to the extent that the meat has been turned black, or the flavor has been impaired.
