All comb honey shall be conspicuously marked, either on the section or on its individual container, with all of the following:

1. (a) The name and address of the producer or distributor of the comb honey.
2. (b) The net weight of the comb section, stated in terms of whole ounces.
3. (c) One of the United States grades which are established for honey by the United States Department of Agriculture.
