Effective Jan 1, 2019
Amended by Stats. 2018, Ch. 58, Sec. 1. (AB 3259) Effective January 1, 2019.
The established mailed ballot election dates are as follows:
(a) The first Tuesday after the first Monday in May of each year.
(b) The last Tuesday in August of each year.
