- (a) The chancellor and each local administration of a campus shall administer the provisions of this article in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by the trustees pursuant to subdivision (b).
- (b) The trustees shall adopt rules and regulations to establish general guidelines for the administration of this article.
- (c) The trustees shall adopt regulations defining the term “affordable student housing” as used in this article.
