As used in this article, the following definitions apply:

1. (a) “Faculty diversity” means the representation of faculty members from different racial, ethnic, gender, and disability groups, and other underrepresented groups.
2. (b) “Full-time faculty” means a faculty member who is employed by a community college on a full-time basis and teaches more than a 67-percent load.
3. (c) “FTES” means full-time equivalent students.
