As used in this chapter, and for the purposes of this chapter as used in the State General Obligation Bond Law, the following words shall have the following meanings:

1. (a) “Board” means the State Public Works Board.
2. (b) “Committee” means the Higher Education Facilities Finance Committee, created pursuant to Section 67353.
3. (c) “Fund” means the Higher Education Capital Outlay Bond Fund, created pursuant to subdivision (e) of Section 67354.
