- (a) The governing board of a school district maintaining a home teaching program, or providing home instruction as authorized by law for pupils with disabilities, may provide home teaching or instruction on Saturday.
- (b) No pupil shall be required to attend a home teaching program or home instruction on Saturday without the consent of his or her parent or legal guardian.
