For purposes of this article, the following terms have the following meanings:

1. (a) “Food” has the same meaning as in Section 113781 of the Health and Safety Code.
2. (b) “Food bank” has the same meaning as in Section 113783 of the Health and Safety Code.
3. (c) “Nonprofit charitable organization” has the same meaning as in Section 113841 of the Health and Safety Code.
