In maintaining the system, the department shall:
- (a) Consult and cooperate with school districts, county superintendents, advisory committees on integrated data processing, task forces for implementing the utilization of a statewide information system, intergovernmental boards on electronic data processing and state electronic data processing policy committees created by statute or by executive order of the Governor.
- (b) Cooperate with the Educational Management and Evaluation Commission in all matters relating to program budgeting.
