Commencing on July 1, 2013, all of the following shall apply:

1. (a) All references to Section 2558 shall instead refer to Section 2575.
2. (b) Unless the context otherwise requires, all references to the revenue limit of a county office of education or county superintendent of schools shall instead refer to the county local control funding formula.
