(a) A lease, although subject to this division, is also subject to any applicable:

1. (1) Certificate of title statute of this state, including the provisions of the Vehicle Code that require registration of a vehicle or boat and provisions of the Health and Safety Code that require registration of a mobilehome or commercial coach.
2. (2) Certificate of title statute of another jurisdiction (Section 10105).
3. (3) Consumer law of this state, both decisional and statutory, including, to the extent that they apply to a consumer lease transaction, Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 17200) of Part 2 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code, Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 17500) of Part 3 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code, and Part 4 (commencing with Section 1725) of Division 3 of the Civil Code.
