Effective Jan 1, 2016Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 672, Sec. 1. (AB 1390) Effective January 1, 2016.
  1. (a) The court shall have the authority and the duty to impose a physical solution on the parties in a comprehensive adjudication where necessary and consistent with Article 2 of Section X of the California Constitution.
  2. (b) Before adopting a physical solution, the court shall consider any existing groundwater sustainability plan or program.
