(a) An applicant for a Branch 1 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:

1. (1) Pesticides.
2. (2) Pest identification and biology.
3. (3) Contract law.
4. (4) Rules and regulations.
5. (5) Business practices.
6. (6) Fumigation safety.

(b) An applicant for a Branch 2 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:

1. (1) Pesticides.
2. (2) Pest identification and biology.
3. (3) Contract law.
4. (4) Rules and regulations.
5. (5) Business practices.

(c) An applicant for a Branch 3 operator’s license shall demonstrate to the board that he or she has passed satisfactorily board-approved courses in the following areas:

1. (1) Pesticides.
2. (2) Pest identification and biology.
3. (3) Contract law.
4. (4) Rules and regulations.
5. (5) Business practices.
6. (6) Construction repair and preservation techniques.
