1. (a) The Executive Officer or his/her designee may take any one of the following actions:

   1. (1) Deny the appeal.
   2. (2) Order a rehearing.
   3. (3) Order the matter referred to the appeal panel.

   4. (4) Order the matter referred to the Full Board En Banc, when the Executive Officer or his/her designee:

      1. (A) Determines a unanimous Full Board En Banc panel decision merits further action.
      2. (B) Determines an appeal justifies reconsideration of a Juvenile Parole Board policy.
2. (b) The Executive Officer or his/her designee shall not modify prior Juvenile Parole Board actions.
3. (c) The appeal panel may grant the appeal, deny the appeal, modify prior Juvenile Parole Board action, order a rehearing, or refer the case to the Full Board En Banc.
4. (d) The Full Board En Banc may grant the appeal, deny the appeal, modify prior Juvenile Parole Board action, order a rehearing, and/or may consider a change in policy as a result of the appeal.
