The information requirements and requested information described in Sections 31306 (b) (2), (3) and (4) and Section 31308 of these regulations apply to persons referred by a juvenile court. In addition, the referring court shall provide two copies of the order showing that the person was referred to the Youth Authority in accordance with law.
