   1. (1) Continuing the education for adolescent residents in accordance with state law, and
   2. (2) Provision of supervised study time;
2. (b) Intake policies and procedures;
3. (c) A copy of the admission agreement used for adolescent residents;
4. (d) Policies and procedures for removal and/or discharge of adolescent residents from the facility;
5. (e) Policies and procedures for disciplining adolescent residents;
6. (f) The documentation required in Section 10605; and
7. (g) Fingerprint forms for individuals identified in Section 10624, per procedure in Section 10625.
