1. (a) The Department may conduct follow-up compliance reviews with or without advance notice to determine if the licensee has corrected all deficiencies specified in the notice of deficiency.
2. (b) If a follow-up compliance review indicates that a deficiency has not been corrected on or before the date specified in the notice of deficiency or subsequent approved corrective action plan, the Department shall assess a notice of civil penalty in accordance with Section 9827.
