1. (a) A separate license shall be required for each location where DUI program services are provided, except for satellite locations.
2. (b) No DUI program shall accept participants until the program is licensed to provide DUI program services.
3. (c) A new application for licensure pursuant to Section 9804 shall be required to establish a new DUI program, whenever there is a sale or transfer of ownership from one legal entity to another, or whenever there is any proposed change in the ownership of a DUI program.
