1. (a) Chapter 2 shall apply to county alcohol agencies that elect to apply for state or federal funds and claim reimbursement under the provisions of Part 2 of Division 10.5 of the Health and Safety Code unless otherwise stated.
2. (b) All restrictions or prohibitions applied to state funds as stated herein shall apply to federal funds unless otherwise stated.
