1. (a) The purpose of post-employment services is to maintain, regain, or advance in competitive integrated employment.
2. (b) An Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) for post-employment services shall be completed prior to providing any services.
3. (c) Post-employment services shall be terminated when the client's employment has been maintained or when a new evaluation of the client's situation is deemed necessary.
