(a) Rights listed in Section 861, except for that right listed in subdivision (g), may be denied only for good cause, and the rights under subdivision (f) may be denied only under the conditions specified in Article 7 (commencing with Section 5325) of Chapter 2 of Part 1 of Division 5 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
