Terms of Mental Health Loan Assumption.

(a) Loan assumption payments shall be made every twelve (12) months.
(b) Loan assumption payments shall be conditioned upon the participant providing:
1. (1) Application information as described in Sections 3854 and 3854.1.
2. (2) Renewal applications as described in 3855.
