Each County shall submit a complete and accurate Annual MHSA Revenue and Expenditure and Adjustment Worksheet County Certification form, DHCS 1820 (02/19), to the Department at [email protected] and to the Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission at [email protected], when submitting the Annual MHSA Revenue and Expenditure Report, pursuant to Section 3510.
