1. (a) The employer shall post a notice of the petition, using a form provided by the Board, as soon as possible but in no event later than 15 days following service of a copy of the petition.
2. (b) The notice shall be posted conspicuously on all employee bulletin boards in each facility of the employer in which members of the unit claimed to be appropriate are employed.
3. (c) The notice shall remain posted for 20 days.
4. (d) The notice shall include a copy of the petition with the appropriate portion of the form completed by the employer prior to posting.
