Cal. Code Regs. tit. 8, § 32056 – State Mediation and Conciliation Service.

(a) “Service,” “SMCS” or “Division of Mediation” means the California State Mediation and Conciliation Service, as described in Government Code section 3600.
(b) “Director” means the officer of that title within the Division of Mediation designated by the Board.
