1. (a) By delivering a copy of same to the employer if the employers is an individual;
2. (b) By delivering a copy of same to any general partner of the employer if the employer is a partnership;
3. (c) By delivering a copy of same to any person specified in Section 416.10 of the Code of Civil Procedure (specified corporate officers or designated agent) if the employer is a corporation;
4. (d) By any other manner authorized under the Code of Civil Procedure for the service of process in a civil action.

Any Stop Order or Penalty Assessment Order under the law and pursuant to these regulations issued to and served upon an employer may be served as follows:
