The Labor Commissioner shall pay all valid claims against the Farmworker Remedial Account in the order received. If there are insufficient funds in the Farmworker Remedial Account to pay a valid claim, the valid claim shall be held until adequate funds are deposited into the Farmworker Remedial Account to pay the valid claims.
