The rate of compensation that a licensee is paying his or her employees must be displayed pursuant to Labor Code section 1695(a)(7) in a format no smaller than 8- ½ x 11 inches and in bold lettering no smaller than 16-point font. The name of the licensee shall be identified on this posting.
