1. (a) The number of affected employees present at the time of the inspection;
2. (b) The number of affected employees present when the violations occurred, as determined from the employers' records;
3. (c) The number of affected employees present when the violations occurred, as established from other information available to the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement.
