1. (b) Within 30 calendar days of receipt of an application for a license to employ industrial homeworkers the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement shall inform the applicant in writing that it is either complete and accepted for filing or that it is deficient and what specific information or documentation is required to complete the application.
2. (c) Within 60 calendar days from the date of filing of a completed application, the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision regarding the application.

Prior to obtaining an industrial homework license, the employer shall submit an application in accordance with Labor Code Section 2665, to the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement on a form supplied by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (see Exhibit A).
