1. (a) The registration of an employer is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance unless revoked or suspended. Registration must be renewed annually. An application for renewal of a registration must be submitted at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to expiration of the current registration.
2. (b) The registration of a transporter or supervisor is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance unless revoked or suspended. Registration must be renewed annually. An application for renewal of a registration must be submitted at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to expiration of the current registration.
3. (c) The registration of an employer with a Transporter/Supervisor authorization is valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance unless revoked or suspended. An application for renewal of a registration must be submitted at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to expiration of the current registration.
