1. (a) Orders issuing certified copies of orders, decisions or awards except that a certified copy may be issued by a presiding workers' compensation judge only if the time for seeking reconsideration and judicial review has expired, and no proceedings are pending on reconsideration or judicial review;
2. (b) Orders staying, quashing and recalling writs of execution and fixing and approving undertaking thereon;
3. (c) Orders directing entry of satisfaction of judgment; and
4. (d) Orders issuing, recalling, quashing, discharging and staying writs of attachment and fixing and approving undertakings thereon.
