- (a) The Administrative Director adopts and incorporates by reference the Cannabis Guideline (ACOEM January 28, 2025) into the MTUS from the ACOEM Practice Guidelines for the treatment of pain (e.g. spine pain, chronic radicular pain, osteoarthritis). Guidance for treatment of pain disorders not specifically addressed in this guideline are contained in the Clinical Topics guidelines and/or Opioid Guideline.
