1. (a) Each shaker or clothes tumbler shall be equipped with:

   1. (1) A device that will prevent the tumbler from moving while the door is open. The tumbler shall be enclosed or guarded so as to prevent accidental contact.

   2. (2) Brakes or other positive locking devices to prevent the inside cylinder from moving when the machine is being loaded or unloaded.

      Note: “Inching devices” are permitted.
