1. (a) The blade activating control shall be either:

   1. (1) A two-hand control requiring concurrent hand application for each operator and helper who could reach into the danger zone during the cutting process; or,
   2. (2) A control is so located that the operator(s) and helper(s) cannot reach into the danger zone during the cutting process.
2. (b) Rolls shall be in the horizontal position while being cut and centered directly below the blade.
