1. (a) The Manual for Diving Safety shall include, but not be limited to:

   1. (1) A copy of this standard and the employer's policies for implementing the requirements of this standard.

   2. (2) For each diving mode engaged in:

      1. (A) Safety procedures for the diving operation;
      2. (B) Responsibilities of the dive team members;
      3. (C) Equipment procedures;
      4. (D) Emergency procedures.

   3. (3) Emergency Evacuation and Emergency Medical Treatment Procedures.

      1. (A) A listing including the telephone or other contact numbers of an operational recompression chambers (if not at the dive location) and appropriate medical facilities.
      2. (B) For each diving location a procedure shall be established to transport a diver to an operational recompression chamber in the event of a diving accident.
