(a) The employer using this equipment shall comply with the following provisions of Group 13:

Section 4885 (Definitions);
Section 4928.1 (Free Fall and Controlled Load Lowering);
Section 4991.1 (Ground Conditions);
Section 4994(f) (Multiple Crane/Derrick Lifts - Supplemental Requirements);
Sections 5001 through 5001.2 (Signals);
Section 5002 (Overhead Loads) [except for Section 5002(c)(3) (qualified rigger)];
Sections 5003.1, 5003.2, 5003.3, 5003.4, and 5010.4 (Power Line Safety);
Section 5008(c) (Authority to stop operation);
Section 5010 (Assembly/Disassembly - Selection of Manufacturer or Employer Procedures);
Section 5010.3 (Assembly/Disassembly - Employer Procedures);
Section 5011 (Fall Protection);
Section 5031.1 (Inspection - Post-Assembly);
Sections 5031 and 5036-5037 (Wire Rope);
Article 95 (Derricks);
Article 96 (Tower Cranes);
Article 97.1 (Floating Cranes/Derricks and Land Cranes/Derricks on Barges), and Section 6060(b);

(b) Assembly/disassembly.
