1. (a) Grounding of impedance grounded neutral systems shall be accomplished in a manner illustrated by Diagram 2741, if practicable.
2. (b) If the impedance grounded neutral conductor is carried into the premises, it shall be identified, as well as fully insulated with the same insulation as the phase conductors.
3. (c) The system neutral shall not be connected to ground except through the neutral grounding impedance.

4. (d) Equipment grounding conductors shall be permitted to be bare and shall be connected to the ground bus and grounding electrode conductor at the service entrance equipment. (See Diagram 2741.)
