1. (a) Two or more sets of service entrance conductors which can be operated in parallel shall be provided with a suitable means to isolate each set from all other sets of service entrance conductors.
2. (b) The paralleling switch or switches intended to make and break parallel shall conform to Article 20 or 21.

3. (c) Operation of paralleling switches shall be restricted to qualified and authorized persons only. A written switching procedure shall be made available to and followed by such personnel.
