Open conductors, open multiconductor cables, and service-drop conductors of not over 600 volts, nominal, shall conform to the following minimum clearances:
Installations built before May 5, 2008:
Above areas (other than thoroughfares) where it is possible to drive vehicles

Above areas accessible to pedestrians only
