1. (a) Only qualified persons shall work on electrical equipment or systems.
2. (b) Only qualified persons shall be permitted to perform any function in proximity to energized overhead conductors unless means to prevent accidental contact have been provided in accordance with Articles 3 and 4 of these orders.
