1. (a) A written Code of Safe Practices similar or equal to those contained in Appendix A shall be developed, implemented and posed in a conspicuous location, and issued to each employee.

All employers shall establish, implement and maintain an effective Injury and Illness Prevention Program in accordance with section 3203 of the General Industry Safety Orders.
