1. (a) The employer shall establish, implement and maintain an Injury and Illness Prevention Program in accordance with section 3203 of the General Industry Safety Orders.
2. (b) The program shall also include a check in/check out procedure for persons not normally assigned to an operating area while the unit is in operation.
