1. (a) Air pressure shall not be used to displace LP-Gas during the transfer operation.
2. (b) All filling connections shall be kept effectively plugged or capped when not in use. These caps or plugs shall be so designed that they will vent to the atmosphere while at least 3 full threads are engaged.
3. (c) An accessible 24-hour communication service shall be required for self-service dispenser systems.
