1. (a) To cover the costs involved in investigating the registration application, and issuing the registration, an application fee of $350.00 is deemed reasonable and necessary.
2. (b) To cover the costs involved in investigating the application for renewal of registration, and issuing the renewed registration, a fee of $150.00 is deemed reasonable and necessary.
3. (c) Such application or renewal fee shall be paid by the employer to the Division of Occupational Safety and Health before the issuance of the registration or renewal.
